Below are the scheduled RATS 2.0 Zoom training sessions for the month of January. As more of you start working in the system, we highly encourage you to attend a training session to learn how to use RATS 2.0. Basic training provides an introduction to RATS 2.0, covering navigation and terminology. Advanced training will provide tips for completing the protocol smartform; attendees will have the opportunity to work on their protocols and ask questions in real time. Please contact RATSHelp@research.ucla.edu to register for an upcoming session:

We look forward to seeing you at an upcoming training; meanwhile, here’s a QUICK TIP regarding Live Imaging and Functional Evaluation (LIFE) Core standard procedures:

We have added the below LIFE Core procedures to the Standard Library in RATS 2.0 with the hope that it will make it easier for those of you who use the LIFE Core to populate your smartform during your first amendment or triennial review (TR) in RATS 2.0.

LIFE CORE: Optodrum Behavioral Testing Mouse Behavioral Testing
LIFE CORE: Electroretinography Mouse Other
LIFE CORE: Fluorescein Angiography Mouse Imaging
